Sign-in is passwordless — we verify you with a one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone or email, or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone/email secure, and for the accuracy of the details you provide.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to display products accurately, but colours may vary slightly from images due to screen settings. We may correct pricing errors or update product details at any time.
An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud — in which case any amount paid is refunded.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank details.

You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content on this website (logo, text, product images, design) belongs to Ajay Textiles or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We provide the website and products in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
